About Us

We are a team of recognized, experienced, dedicated, passionate, down-to-earth, and highly trained mental health therapists. 

Located in the heart of Galt - in Cambridge, Ontario - we work with clients in the Region of Waterloo in-person. 

We also work with clients across the province of Ontario through secure online video sessions. 

Whatever situation you may find yourself in, we are here to help you get "unstuck" when life's challenges seem to get in the way.

Insurance Coverage

Our psychotherapy services are

covered by most health insurance plans. If you have coverage for a Registered Psychotherapist, a Registered Social Worker or Registered Marriage and Family Therapist - we may have clinicians that can meet your insurance needs.

Flexibility & Accessibility

We strongly believe in inclusivity and accessibility. Our services are offered both in-person and virtually. If finances are of concern, we offer affordable therapy and reduced rate sessions.
